I had toes that are very tightly packed together and do not move independently. After a month of using the toe spreader my feet don't even look familiar to me. Initially the spreader hurt a lot and was hard to get on, so I started putting it on in the bath. After a week it was easy to put on and had started changing the shape of my foot. I run much more comfortably and am discovering a whole new relationship with my feet! The downside is I needed to get different shoes with a wider toe box.

Did not realise how tight the tendons in my toes and anterior foot were until I used these toe spreaders for 15 mins twice a day. Stretchy silicone easy to apply once you have mastered the technique . Using them for planter fascitis and old foot injuries to loosen up my feet.

Always wanted this product. You made it easy by adding it as a perk to my order. I've believed all the "press" about this product. It's a perfect addition to my wide toe-box running shoes and my daily barefoot lifestyle when not in shoes. Plus I feel better when I've had to wear shoes knowing my foot health is improved with this product.
