Love my Ladderpod!

The Ladderpod has been great for my recovery. It’s so well made and the comprehensive guide has been really helpful. I appreciate the thought that has gone into the design to make it both practical and multifunctional. I’m currently focused on hip and knee rehab, but will incorporate other exercises as my body strengthens. This is not my first Sidekick product and it definitely won’t be my last!

Knee rehab

I have been using the LadderPod to help me rehabilitate from a ruptured MCL and ACL tear. I am able to replicate the exercises performed at physical therapy at home. Anyone who has had a knee injury knows you cannot just work when at PT, you have to do it on your own, and this allows me to do it safely and has versatility so that once my rehab is done, I can incorporate it as part of my gym.

A simple yet powerful invention

I am a physical therapist and I love this adjustable step for my patients. It works great for stair regressions for my older patients and adjusts super high for my athletes. I have a small space and the ladder pod does the job of dozens of huge plyo boxes with virtually zero foot print. Some of my patients have even bought one for home use. I love the ladder pod!

Knee Rehab

Ladder pod is a very easy tool to use for my knee rehab exercises. I have been using for about two weeks and am starting to notice an increase in strength and mobility.
