I bought this, frankly because I was desperate. My IT band is so tight (thanks to a bone on bone knee) and foam rollers feel like severe punishment. I've tried so many things so I thought - why not. The first week, not gonna lie - was painful. I couldn't do this very long but I have done it every night since I got this. Today I noticed that I am walking with MUCH less pain. I almost can't believe it. Last night - it was mildly uncomfortable but I'm seeing so many results that it's actually something I'm looking forward to. Very well made item - this is a purchase you'll only have to make once. You'll have it forever. Would absolutely recommend.

After watching this product for about a year, I decided to give it a try (especially after seeing the endorsement by Sara Hall). I purchased the Echo and the Eclipse and have been very impressed with the results. It seemed like a lot of money for these 2 tools, but they are definitely worth the price. I use them more after a run than before and it greatly reduces soreness experienced from longer runs. There are cheaper scrapers available, but none with the quality and precision of these amazing tools!

I had been using the handle of a large spoon to scrape with - which was just OK and hurt my fingers. The Echo is plenty large enough to grab ahold of and the concave and convex curves give it a wonderful advantage over the straight handle of a spoon - really allowing you to control the amount of pressure you apply! It has broken up/released a lot of adhesions in my IT band and helps with my twitchy muscles. Highly recommend!
