Never received package

I never received my package. Fedex claimed they delivered the package on Monday Nov 23rd, however I have a ring doorbell camera that shows nothing was ever delivered to my home. I was also home all day long and no one delivered anything and nothing was delivered to my home.

Hi Jeff,

Thank you for this additional information.

I have supplemented this to FedEx, to help with their investigation for this case/claim.

Unfortunately, we haven't receive any feedback from them yet, but once we do, we'll share them to you the soonest.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Appreciate your understanding and patience.

Kind regards,
