Pretty good!

Really like the concept. The execution is good from what I can tell. More time will tell how reliable the score progression is with my ankle health.

The dock is a little hard to get on, and had to figure out to take off the magnet ring cover and my phone case for the phone to sit securely. Instructions a little unclear how high the other foot should be lifted, or if the phone needs to be at a certain angle (I figured no).

I have been having ankle issues and I was

I have been having ankle issues and I was grateful to see some science brought into the mix with an ankle strengthening board you could easily customize depending upon your ankle ailment. The phone holder is also sweet as it allows me to evaluate (again, scientifically, if I am making positive progress. Well done Sidekick!

  • Do I need an AxisBoard to use the Balance Dock?

    Yes. The dock clips onto the board and the assessment reads the board's tilt. If you don't have one yet, add the AxisBoard to your order and get $6 off the Balance Dock.

  • How does the Stability Score work?

    You clip your phone and hold a single-leg balance for 15 seconds. The phone measures how much the board tilts and how quickly you correct it, and the app turns that into a percentage for that foot — so tests are comparable between right and left.

  • Which phones fit?

    Fits phones from about 5.4″ to 6.9″, and you can leave your case on. It holds your phone magnetically and clips securely onto your AxisBoard.

  • Which AxisBoard is this compatible with?
