"I tend to use the scraper more for little pin points of adhesions or possibly some scar tissue build up."

"When I’m using a scraper I tend to do a series of different passes across the tissue that needs to be treated and I often will do about 3-5 passes starting on the outside working towards the inside and vice versa. So I’ll do that with just some light pressure, holding the tool about a 35 degree angle and I always make sure I have the ample lotion on there to decrease the friction on the body.”
