How to use

So far so good

Well, it’s definitely made a positive difference! Right from the first use, the muscle aches and fatigue levels after scraping seem to be greatly diminished from years of previous experiences without scraping. I’m not going back! Quality of materials seems very good too, but time will tell.

Excellent tools for prehab/recovery

I had always wanted a scraper so this bundle was a no-brainer. The pump gel is a bonus, but I don't always use it. If you are an avid tri-athlete I would highly recommend these tools. The case is also nice, but again I don't use it much because the tools are so sturdy and besides they have a lifetime warranty.
