Quality you can feel in every stroke

Premium stainless steel. Easy to sanitize and lasts a lifetime.

Longest scraping tool. At 19” (48cm), you can treat bigger muscles in less time.

Two-handed design. Hollow handles reduce hand fatigue and arm strain.

Beginner-friendly. Safe, easy to control, with email guidance.

Weighted steel body. Delivers ample pressure and does most of the work for you.

Targeted pain relief

Our scientifically engineered edge digs deep into your fascia, delivering fast pain relief precisely where you need it.

Works anywhere on the body

Sidekick’s contoured design easily targets hard-to-reach areas that foam rollers and massage balls can’t, like the arms, calves, feet, Achilles, shins, and more.

How to use

Step 1

Apply the gel emollient (included with your purchase) on the area you’d like to treat.

Step 2

Gently massage the problem area using light to moderate pressure. Avoid bony areas.

Step 3

Repeat on all the surrounding muscles to loosen up tightness.

substantial

This Bow tool is substantial. It really does the job. It allows me to work my own hips, glutes and Lats in a way never before. I also use it on clients who are large. Large quads, and back muscles can be difficult to work with small hands. Clients love it. It saves my hands gives the client an increase in blood flow that they really benefit from. Thank you SideKick. I love all your products that I have tried so far.

Don't Wait if you have leg pain from running/bicycling

I'm a recreational triathlete, 54 y.o and have tried foam rolling, stretching, magnesium oil/cream/spray, sport rub, leg compression, compex TENS/EMS unit, etc. I've used the Bow Muscle Scraper twice after run and brick training sessions and let me tell you, the time invested on scraping even a few hours after the workout was worth it. No tiredness in the legs the next day. I bought the Echo muscle scraper as well and I definitely prefer the Bow because with two hands, I have more pressure control and it makes the scraping session "easier" than using the smaller Echo.

Great Product - From Design to Implementation

From the moment I learned about this product I was impressed and how quickly it arrived, how it was packaged and shipped, how comfortable it is to use, nothing has changed my initial impression. I've found this especially helpful because foam rolling is difficult for me to do.
