Sent several emails with questions about assembly and potential issue with two of the component parts not fitting together. No response. Three days later, I got this email asking for my opinion in a survey. Will likely be seeking a refund if I don't get a response soon.

They only sent me one piece of the product. I sent an email to address it and have yet to get a response. The one piece I did get was very high quality but not at all usable by itself. So I'm out a chunk of change and have a hunk of metal/padding that I can't use and that just takes up space I don't have in my gym since I'll have to keep my old step. I'm pissed.
