I had a fractured ankle that I recovering from.
There are many heavy-duty toe spreaders in the market. Many are effective, but difficult to use during barefoot exercises due to the sheer bulk or awkward shapes. Sidekick's toe spreader addresses this. It is strong enough to maintain splayed toes while working on movement or even during yoga.
Been thoroughly enjoying the AxisBoard 2.0 for conditioning, recovery, and strengthening. This product is not marketed as a quick fix - And that is why it is gratifying to use. The more you spend time adjusting positions and setting up increasingly challenging balancing scenarios, you feel all the intricate muscles in your feet, leg, and throughout your core work. Excellent product!
Great product. I wish it had a padded roller attachment. Would make it easier to use it for a spit squats and various planks.
This board provides much needed stretching to the sides of my feet and ankles. After repeated sprains, I've decided to get serious and work on my ankle strength and mobility. Combine this board with a standing desk!

The tool and program are both easy to follow. I like how little time it takes before benefits are seen. Although it has just been over a week, I already feel pain reduction when I wake up in the morning.

Simple, but effective. Was hesitant given the cost, but having the app to walk me through 10-20 minutes of daily work makes it worth it for me. I'm using for strengthening and mobility (with a touch of plantar fasciatis), not injury recovery.
The single leg balance board has been a game changer. Even within 5-10 minutes of intentional use, you start feeling muscles in your ankle you didn’t know you had. My fiancee loves this and we plan to use the same exercise that PT gave us and incorporating the board where appropriate. Looking forward to stronger and more stable ankles.
