I love that i can take this with me to the gym, but also when i have downtime at work. I honestly underestimated how difficult this would be at first. Within a few minutes I realized how much balance and stability it requires. It's one of those tools that looks simple but provides a lot of value. If you're serious about improving balance, injury prevention, or athletic performance, I'd definitely recommend it.

This bundle of tools has been extremely helpful. The Eco scraper allows me to work on areas that are bothering me and the AxisBoard Pro is really helping to strengthen my foot and ankle in ways that should keep my plantar fasciitis from coming back.

This was such a unique product. The exercises are helpful, stability has improved a lot. I brought it into my physical therapist clinic and he thought it was so cool - he wants to get one for their clinic! Highly recommend.
Recently purchased one of these as I wanna fine tune my balance and incorporating muscles . I have strong ankles from working on roofs for years and running trails , but this will be a game changer for weak ankles / building strength
Using this alongside the Axis Board really helped start to fix my ankle, and I’m hopeful that continuing to use both will get me back to normal and beyond!

I hadn't realized how tight my toes were until I started using these. I must admit, it's not a walk in the park, but after a few days I'm up to at least an hour a day. One week in, and I can notice a difference in both of my feet and ankles. 4 sessions in and my plantar fasciitis that had been bothering for months is completely gone. I am still reflexively limping when I stand up only to be pleasantly surprised that my foot no longer hurts. Highly recommend this product. I’ve had plantar fasciitis pain for the past 6 months and the exercises has been going well for me. Full disclosure I also have the strassburg sock which go hand in hand with the sidekick tool. My pain has significantly decreased. The app is easy to use and the exercises are very easy to follow.
Good quality construction, love the grippy surface and stackable pegs in v2.0, the book that comes with the exercises is a little confusing but also really handy and specific, targeted towards different injuries. It's also split into mobility vs strength sections. So far after 2 weeks of use I'm optimistic that this tool plus professional advice from my physical therapist will put me on the road to recovery from PF and Achilles tendinitis.
I have confidence this will help with recurrent issues I've had with my ankles in terms of strength and tenderness as I hope to become a stronger runner. It reminds me of the feel of a slackline but so much safer, more portable and deployable in the home.
