  • Are there any return fees?

    None for most returns within Canada, the US, and the UK. A few exceptions:

    • LadderPod: customers cover return shipping costs.
    • Outside Canada, the US, and the UK: customers cover return shipping and any applicable duties or taxes. We're unable to offer prepaid return labels in other regions.
    • Refused or undeliverable orders: return shipping fees are deducted from the refund.

    Original shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.

  • How do I return a product?

    Use the Start a return button on this page to begin — we'll walk you through it and send a prepaid label (Canada, US & UK) with packing instructions.

  • When will I get my refund?

    Once we receive your return, we process the refund within 24–48 hours back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 2–10 business days for the funds to post to your account.

  • What about international orders?

    You can still return within 60 days. Outside Canada, the US, and the UK:

    • Customers cover return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes.
    • Original shipping fees are not refunded.
    • If the package is refused or returned to us due to unpaid duties, return shipping fees are deducted from your refund.
    • Any additional charges incurred on the return will be deducted from your refund.
