Standard shipping typically delivers in 3 -5 business days. Please allow additional time for U.S. Territories and PO Boxes. Expedited shipping delivery times will be displayed on checkout.

Most orders ship from our warehouse in the US so there will not be any extra shipping-related charges. However, there may be special occasions where items are shipped from our Canada warehouse. In this case, tariffs may be applied to the order, but in the event this happens, we will reach out to you before proceeding. Additionally, some credit card companies will charge a foreign transaction fee, generally this amount is under USD $2.00.

We are proud to offer free shipping to our Canadian customers on orders $75.00 CAD and above. A low, flat-rate fee of $9.00 will be applied to any orders under $75.00 CAD. We also offer Priority and Xpresspost shipping options. Pricing will be displayed at checkout.

At this time, we can only offer free shipping on Axisboard purchases. This is due to the location of our warehouse.

For the Axisboard, no duties and taxes should be incurred. For all other products, it is likely there will be some duties and taxes as they are shipped from Canada.
