I've Got My Work Cut Out For Me!

I've used this board for three days and my arches and stabilizers are sore!! I have very tight calves, starting to get flat arches and some posterior shin splints, so I got this board to help strengthen my feet and arches. I've only done configurations 1-3 so far, 20 sec on each foot for 3 reps and I’m feeling it in my arches and even in my hip stabilizers. I'm excited to see how my feet and running improve!

Works for Ankle Rehabilitation

As an active guy who has had a number of ankle injuries (no more jumping fences to get balls!), I struggle with various parts of my ankle and foot being in pain. Stretches don’t seem to get the pain gone. A week in, the axis board has helped. Hoping to be back to pain free in the near future.
