Great board that trains balancing along with strengthening the foot and ankle!
The AxisBoard is an excellent addition to my existing rehab routine. I am in physical therapy right now for a lateral ankle sprain complicated by chronic peroneal tendinopathy and stiffness with dorsiflexion. When I do my home exercise, the board adds more comprehensive and specific training to the small muscles in my foot that I need to support my lower leg after injury! The app is easy to use and my physical therapist is excited I'm using this in my recovery too!
I used the Axisboard to supplement my PT exercises during my foot fracture recovery. My PT examined it and was impressed by the design and effectiveness. I continued to use it after my PT sessions were discontinued by insurance and my foot was able to make a full recovery. I've since recommended it to my family members who work long hours on their feet in healthcare too. They also have great feedback as well.
This little balance board packs a big punch for your money! The videos and tutorials are really great!! Way better than expected. The weekly videos takes the guess work out of what you should do, it makes it very simple.
It really makes you stretch parts of your foot you would never think to stretch. Really love the board and configuration setups provided in the booklet
The board and the toe spreader are both great products that really enhanced my home therapy after continual lower leg issues.My muscles feel stronger and more relaxed.

Easy to follow instructions and so far so good. I’ve also been using the bonus toe spreaders and I can already see a difference in flexibility after a few days.

I really like the axis board 2.0! I can feel it working so many tiny muscles. I have only been using it a couple weeks and I can tell that my balance has already improved. I think this will help my running immensely!

The leg board is a quality product. It’s built sturdy and it’s easy to reconfigure the pegs on the bottom. The toe separator that came with it is decent.
The axis board is really well made and easy to use. The app is awesome because it taylors the exercises to your injury and are easy to follow. The book is great too, really clear. I've been following it for about a week.
This is fun, easy and pretty quick to use. Find little muscles in your feet and lower legs that you didn’t even know you have. As an older person, this little bit of instability work is key to keeping me on my feet!
Simple to start out of the box. Decent instructions on proper set up and exercises. Seems to be helping but too soon to tell.

I have had great success in learning how to use this product to alleviate the pain in my calves and heels. Easy to do and only takes a few minutes.
Just starting using this to treat some perioneal tendinitis and loving it so far. Already noticing the difference in strength between my left and right feet so hoping I'm getting those more balanced out by doing these exercises. Guidebook is easy to follow!
