An effective tool & easy to use!

The AxisBoard Single Leg Balance Board has been a great tool to aid in mobility and strength with my feet, ankles, and lower leg muscles! I have been experiencing perineal tendon tightness, as well as some ankle mobility issues, and bought the AxisBoard to help alleviate these issues. The Rehab & Training Guide is very informative, providing step-by-step instructions on what mobility and strength exercises to focus on by injury. It also has a wealth of information on different ways to use the board for preventative measures too. I could feel the stretches working from the first time using it out of the box - it has been a go-to tool for me at least twice a day, and look forward to progressing to all of the exercises the guide offers. A great and effective product!

Easy exercise tool that supports my running goals

I have been searching for a strength and mobility tool to help with ankle pain associated with long distance running. While not a silver bullet, this balance board is easy to use and I feel it targeting muscles no other exercise I have tried could hit. Looking forward to using this tool in my strength and warmup routines to support my running goals.

Great foot strengthening

Dealt with shin splints for a couple of years. Have flat feet and challenges with post tib. and ant. Been using for a couple of weeks, several times a week, and feet feel stronger and pain is reducing while running already. Highly recommend.

Game changer, time saver

this is my new secret weapon for recovering from and preventing injuries while marathon training. I had a 30 minute daily routine to strengthen my foot and ankle to recover from an old ankle sprain and new posterior tibial tendonitis, and the axis board brought that routine down to 6-8 minutes with way more targeted efficiency. Two months before the marathon I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to run it and this helped me get back on track and ready for the start line next week!

Noticeable Progress in Feet Muscular Health

Been using the Axisboard for a few weeks and notice I can tolerate more running mileage compared to a few months ago. Longer runs are now possible. Can't wait to see if this progress keeps continuing.

Achilles Tendinopathy recovery

After dealing with achilles pain for just over a year, the AxisBoard is helping me move without pain. The instruction manual is well organized, and I can do a targeted mix of mobility and strength exercises in just a few minutes. I particularly appreciate the QR codes for videos of each exercise.

Game changer

Out of all the muscle scrapers that I used in my practice, this I would say is the best one. It has a good weight on it that I do not need too much pressure when I use it on my patients or myself. And it is also budget friendly that won't put a hole in your pocket.

Consistency is Key

I received my AxisBoard on June 2, 2025. I had been suffering with insertional Achilles tendonitis, retrocalcaneal bursitis, and a clicking in my ankle for almost 36 months! I
I purchased it at a point where a physiotherapist suggested balance exercises. It took time and consistency, and I used the board almost 30 minutes a day, but by September I was back to running, which I had had to give up, and foot recovery from my shifts in retail had improved substantially. I tried shock wave and barbotage before it, but the best money spent was on the Board! Follow the guide and it will work!

A game changer for plantar fasciitis!

This has been a game changer for me dealing with plantar fasciitis! I went from not thinking I’d be able to run for weeks or months to running pain free 3 days after starting to use the Sidekick Eclipse! Just a few minutes a day has done wonders for me.

Trying It for Hammertoes

What a nifty idea to deal with hammertoe. That problem tends to run in our family with 3 generations having it (thanks, grandma, for passing it down in our genes).This device is quite soft and stretchy which makes it work to slip over your toes. It feels strange at first and my little toe rebelled. Since it is mainly the two toes next to the big toe that are my problem, I'm thinking to cut off the part I don't want and just wear it over those 3 toes.Be aware that with your toes spaced out, some of your shoes may not be wide enough. You can wear it when barefoot or with your soft slippers. It warns you to not wear it at night.Start out wearing it for 15 minutes at a time for your foot to get used to it. The improved spacing of the toes is temporary at first, but I think with longer use, this could train the wayward toes to stay in place.

It's feels werid at frist trying to put them on but when you get all the toes in and walk feels great because my second and third toe are very close together looks like twins so it was hard for me to get them separated .C&K reviews and blog check us out
