I liked the results of my foot issues, that I gave it to my physical therapist so that he can incorporate it with other clients. He's already told me that he has been using it with young athletes, to seniors with sports injuries and plantar fasciitis.
It has helped Tremendously with my sore foot!!
The AxisBoard is a great product. I bought it to help with my achilles tendon pain, and it has made all the difference. I'm back to running pain-free now and will continue to use the AxisBoard to strengthen my ankles and feet. I'm definitely glad I purchased the AxisBoard.
I have chronic peroneal tendinopathy as well as tibialis anterior tendinopathy and this has helped to increase mobility and decrease pain. It is easy to use and the difference has been noticeable. I would recommend this.
It's super simple which is what I need to actually do my strength and stability exercises. I've always been inconsistent with my stability exercises but with the axis board I leave it in my living room and use it while I watch TV. I have no excuse not to.
I have been using my Sidekick AxisBoard for just about a year and I love it! I keep it in my living room and use it almost daily. My feet and ankles are noticeably stronger, my balance is improved, and my feet are pain free! And it’s kind of fun to do! I just ordered a second one so I can experiment with some more advanced configurations and have one ready for each foot. The detailed book is a huge benefit. If you’re on the fence, order it!

I bought the AxisBoard a few months ago to help with some nagging peroneal tendon issues, as well as some general ankle stiffness. After using the board every other day for 10 minutes, I've found my symptoms have decreased greatly, and I'm able to be more active than I've been in a long time. I especially appreciate the step-by-step booklet that shows all of the different positions and exercises one can do on the AxisBoard, including what ailments each action is best suited for. I've learned a lot and can see myself continuing to use this product during times of both injury and just overall foot maintenance. Excellent product :)
I have tight ankles and tight calves. The axis board has helpfully allowed me to work on increasing my range of motion in my ankles and allows me to reach deeper stretches for my calf, feet, and toes than I otherwise would be. I enjoy how simple it is to use the axis board!
Nice and easy to setup and use. I love the convenience of having to exercise anywhere. There is a booklet that shows you how to do your exercise and also videos to guide you. 100% recommended to anyone, so easy and effective
I’ve had a lingering Achilles issue for about 2 years now and struggled to see any improvements.
Within a few weeks of using the AxisBoard, I’m seeing improvement on range of motion and reduction of pain, while not a “cure”, I think it has me moving in the right direction.
I have had Plantar Fasciitis in the past. And currently suffer from Achilles Tendinopathy. I reviewed and researched the axis board for months before pulling the trigger. I wish I would have not waited so long. I’d say somewhere around the 3 week mark I suddenly noticed my daily am achilles pain had subsided dramatically.
My issues do not end with my Achilles. I also suffer from very tight calves and limited mobility in one of my big toes. I just started using the board to address those issues and can notice an improvement in my toe. My calves are a little more stubborn but feel great after each session.
The instructions included are very impressive. I was worried I may not quite get it, but thanks to the included manual all is well!

Purchased this to help supplement my husband's PT routine post breaking his foot. The doctor and PT have really impressed with how quickly his foot is healing and the progression of his strength and mobility. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to work on injury prevention or recovery (with approval from providing practitioners of course)!
I have really enjoyed using the axis board to increase strength in the stabilizer muscles for trail running. It has helped reduce mild tweaks I would experience every so often. It has also helped a lot with my general balance as I have progressed through the levels of difficulty. 10/10 would recommend.
Bought to help with my ankles being tight. Axisboard has really helped to loosen up my ankle and strengthen it.
I love this thing--the included booklet is incredibly helpful, and I often find myself single-leg balancing while watching TV or even just when I'm bored. Can definitely feel it working and I'm feeling parts of my feet/ankles that I've never been able to hit before.
I started using this is help with some injuries in the feet and ankle areas. I enjoy how easy it is to target specific tendons (thanks to the handy guide that is provided) and muscles for more efficient training. Only a few minutes a day helped keep injury away as it was coming on.
I had send the board on social media and was somewhat sceptical about it but willing to try new things to help rehab and prehab. I got the board and the quality of the board, the great manual and being able to target different muscles is a game changer :)

Needed a tool to help with single leg balance and strengthening. Axis board has been super helpful and it'd very easy to use. As an athlete I have a busy training schedule so having something like the axis board has been a game changer. Not super big and can be used practically anywhere.
I rolled my ankle about 2 years ago, didn’t know that I had broken something. Everything healed eventually on its own but was never the same level of strong. The axis board has helped with rehabbing my ankle and foot to rebuild the strength from before the injury.
