I've been using the LadderPod for varying height box squats after my hip replacement. It's been nice being able to easily lower the height of my box squats as my strength increases during recovery.

I love using the app and my axis board for different conditions in my left and right foot. I have Plantar Fasciitis and a sprained ankle.
The board has been great so far in helping recover from an injury and to help strengthen my foot.
I haven't had time to try it yet but I'm stoked to use it. Seems like good quality material, and the little booklet and app it comes with are really thorough. I had tendonitis after increasing my running significantly and it resolved before I got my balance board and have been meaning to get started strengthening. I'll leave an update when I have results to share.
I’ve had it for a couple of weeks, and I can say my feet are definitely feeling better than they have. Since walking was a chore, I feel confident walking without the anxious feeling
I am treating Achilles Tendonopathy. Twelve days into process I have found that my foot/heal/calf are stronger and balance per leg is improving. I appreciate the variety of foot stretches that are part of the program. It all works together to attack the Achilles issue and build endurance. That endurance is tested when I play tennis and leave the court without pain. I can tell it will encourage me to continue using the Axis Board with or without pain.

I purchased the Echo Muscle Scraper primarily for work on my distal hamstring tendon. Due to chronic tendinitis of this tendon and hamstring tightness, it can be challenging to walk as much as I'd like to at the age of 65. Besides performing modified glute bridgework, I have found that by performing the daily scraping for a few minutes that it really helps the tendon and hamstring muscle belly to relax.
Because of the length of this scraper, it is easy to hold with two hands which allows me to exert a little more pressure with the control that I need. The tool has a nice weight to it without being too heavy and I like the edge on it which gives me more precision when working around the tendon. Please note, that I did see a orthopedic surgeon and a physical therapist before beginning this routine.
Really impressed by how well put together and comprehensive this is. Initially nearly put off by the price and considered cheap balance options but when you get it and see the effort and knowledge put into it, it is worth it. The first ten days has helped my Achilles so very thankful.

Bought this to help with my fascia tissue which will need some time and steady work but this is an amazing tool to help with it.

I tore 4 tendons in my left food - they finally healed - but not without leaving me with some issues. Despite exercising it during recovery, my foot remains stiffer and it and my ankle still can swell with normal "overuse." The SideKick has been so great in helping to rebuild flexibility as well as my balance on my left side especially. I'm thinking just overall strength has also improved in both feet - so important as we get older. This device and its exercises are so much better than anything else I've tried!
Purchased to help rehab PTTD. I've used just 2 times but noticed right away that the mobility exercises significantly reduced my ankle pain. I'm excited to continue with rehab!
