Works well after a little trial and error.
Hands down one of the best recovery tools out there. It’s been a game changer for spots that a foam roller just doesn’t really target.
I have a combination of posterior tibial tendonitis and plantar fasciitis ad bought the AxisBoard after nothing else has worked to relieve my foot pain. While it doesn't seem be a magic solution so far, I didn't expect it to be and I expected it to take a few weeks to build up strength. I do feel like my feet are strengthening and it does feel like my pain has been subsiding
I didnt realize I needed or wanted this until I tried it.
Great tool! I started running recently and my ankles like to roll, despite me balancing on one leg e ery chance I have. This helps me better isolate various stabilizing muscles, amd is sig ificantly more challenging than just balancing on one leg. I like that it also is portable so I can tale it with me on trips. After a few days I already can feel the increased stability as I do the excercises suggested in the booklet.
Great gift! This was the perfect gift for my dad who’s big on recovery. The quality was so impressive and it arrived so quick!
Love the toe separaters. After I do my exercises I use the spreaders and my feet feel so much better.
Had plantar fasciitis and started to use sidekick and the app. Pain is much less and foot feels much better after 4 days of use! On my feet 10-12 hours a day so the relief is great!
This tool has been a game changer for me. Not only has it reduced my achilles inflammation, it's strengthened and improved mobility and gotten me back to running faster than other treatments. Highly recommend!
Great product! Helped significantly with my foot pain!
Appreciate the simple design and easy to understand guide book. There may be cheaper alternatives on Amazon but so far I’m still satisfied with my purchase. Hoping with continued use this will help reduce/remove the plantar fasciitis
So far, so good! I've been dealing with a bad plantar fascia strain for months, and like lots of people I fell off of doing my PT exercises. So far the Axis Board has been a great tool to use to help me return to doing what I need to rehab and strengthen myself to get back to being fully healed. I am looking forward to getting there and I think this tool will play a strong role in my recovery.
I am 45 years old. I have had 2 left ankle surgeries. The 2nd surgery was a total Talus replacement. I proceeded with PT for a year afterwards. I still was not close to 100%. I have used the AxisBoard for the Stiffness and Dorsiflexion first. After that was complete my ankle is getting much stronger. I will continue to do all the exercises on the App. Well worth it.
I have never heard of toe spreaders before, but since they were free I thought why not. I have used them everyday since I received them. They really help stretch my foot muscles after long runs or on rest days. I run 50 miles a week and these are definitely in my everyday recovery toolbelt!
I was honestly skeptical about purchasing this product, but I can confirm I am now a believer. Although I have only had it for a short time, I can already see the benefits. I don’t have any ankle or feet conditions, but, being a trail runner, I thought it would be important to strengthen my ankles and feet. The guide that is included is very helpful.
Bought one for the clinic for out patient/ rehab, will probably order another!
My foot pain started with running and high impact activities in my 20s, followed by starting a family and being less active in my 30s. At 38, after trying to workout with shoes that were no longer supportive, I started feeling the signs of plantar fasciitis. I tried to stretch it and hoped that I would miraculously recover like I did in my 20s. However, it did not.
I started some research into what was going on and got some exercises online, which helped but didn't heal me. I then bit the bullet and visited a podiatrist, who recommended the same sorts of exercises and sold me a $90 boot to stretch my foot. When that didn't help, it was cortisone shots, which eventually got me back to what I thought was normal. My podiatrist gave me a life sentence for uncool looking shoes and I was on my way.
A year later, the pain is back. At 39, I'm not ready to accept that my body just couldn't get back to normal. I didn't want to take time off work to get more expensive cortisone shots. And of course with my internet browsing on foot pain, I would see ads for things like the Sidekick frequently.
So I tried it, and it's working. Even with just a few minutes a day, I am getting more progress than full evenings in a boot ever got me. And maybe I just need to keep up better with the exercises, but its a relief to know that my body can still recover. And maybe I can buy some normal shoes soon.
Très bon outils pour travailler les muscles du pied et de la cheville
It’s still early in my programming but so far after 1 week I feel this is going to help me. I find doing the mobility exercises first always helps and feels great afterwards.
Thank you!!! Thank you for having something that I can feel helping and you make it easy to follow! I look forward to the further work as my feet get stronger.
Works great at relieving muscle pain that I’ve dealt with for years in my legs from being a runner. So glad I finally got one
It's a very effective tool for both professional and personal use
As an active guy who has had a number of ankle injuries (no more jumping fences to get balls!), I struggle with various parts of my ankle and foot being in pain. Stretches don’t seem to get the pain gone. A week in, the axis board has helped. Hoping to be back to pain free in the near future.
