My primary concern is chronic severe muscle tightness in the back of my neck along my spine, which is generally annoying but also regularly triggers tension headaches that last for hours. I have tried other massage products, but they didn't work - I couldn't effectively reach the area to apply deep enough pressure to the points that need it. But I can with the Echo, thanks to its overall shape and slim edge. It gives me instant relief! Recommend!
As someone with ankle injuries on top of plantar fasciitis, my chiropodist recommended I rehab at home with this. Took the plunge and while the reconfiguration between exercises is frustrating, I am seeing a return to function faster. It's lego, but it works.
As an avid marathoner (31 fulls, including 5 Boston Marathons), fracturing my ankle for the first time :(, I knew I needed a device to help strengthen my ankle post rehab. I pondered buying this for months and when it finally went on sale, I knew I had to get it. And haven’t regretted it since! Don’t delay like I did, it’s worth it full or sale price!
Worthwhile purchase of you struggle with ankle/Achilles pain
Love my LadderPod. Have recently completed a round of physical therapy on both knees. LadderPod has allowed me to continue that routine at home while also allowing me to progressively increase my step downs. Love the versatility it allows me (knees over twos, plyometrics, stretching, etc.) while also supporting full range of motion. Really only limited by imagination...like using it as an adjustable base for pause squats. Great piece of kit.
As a Physical Therapist I like the ability to do a variety of activities for strengthening and flexibility with this.
Very well built item, i only just now started using it but so far it has been helping my plantar fasciitis !
I purchased this as a gift for my granddaughter. She's a competitive dancer and its helping to improve her balance, posture and core! She's very happy with it.
The axis board pro feels pretty high quality as advertised. Been using it to help strengthen my ankles for running and I can feel the improvement for sure. My only complaint is that it’s a bit confusing to figure out exactly what configuration to use. They give you a big book, but I wish the accompanying app was a bit better. Overall very pleased with this product.
Started using this with the guidance of the app. Very helpful so far! The board is easy to use and the pegs are easy to take in and out.
I'm really happy with everything. It's higher quality than i thought. I already recommended the brand to 2 persons I know that struggle with ankle sprains.
Been using the axis board for a few weeks now and it has been the best thing I’ve used in the last year while trying to rehab my achillies tendinopathy. Highly recommend this to anyone dealing with any foot/ankle/calf issues
I've noted some stability and balance issues, there usually isn't good stuff to work on it at my local gym and especially on the road - I travel for work about half of the month - this has been really useful in that it's portable and the guide give lots of options and workouts.
I suffered a bad ankle sprain during Covid and never had proper rehab for the injury. As time passed, my ankle mobility got worse and it became weaker and more stiff. I purchased the Sidekick Pro and everything is improving! The ap is easy to follow; pick the type of issue you’re having and a program comes up. The book is a great resource. I can feel the strength and mobility improving with following the program set out for me! I highly recommend the Sidekick Pro!
Very secure, doesn't slip and slide even on hard flooring, and doesn't require any effort to set up. I started using this right out of the box and placed it somewhere I always stand to think, and i can definitely feel it's a deeper stretch than I've ever felt on my calves and Achilles! I've struggled with calf tightness and poor dorsiflexion for almost my whole life , and this tool makes me feel like i can really start to make real sustainable progress
I badly sprained my ankle while trail running about 3yrs ago. I rested and recovered, but didn't do the best job with post recovery stretching/strengthening, so I've continued to deal with reoccurring ankle issues.
I've been using the Axis board Pro for about 3 weeks now, and can already see the benefits. My range of motion has increased and my stabilizer muscle are slowly but surely improving. The user guide is easy to follow, and adjusting the board only takes a few seconds. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has folt/ankle troubles.
This little board is very easy to use and the progressive exercises for various challenge levels are very helpful. Bothe the guide book and app are easy to use and provide good content for a variety of specific issues that can be addressed.
The item is solidly made. I love that it comes with a detailed guide of different exercises according to what you want to improve.
Looking forward to giving these exercises a go to try and fix a post tib injury. My podiatrist also had one which fills me with confidence. The booklet was really helpful for suggesting different configurations for particular injuries. Really impressed
This tool can help you recover from a variety of injuries and best of all, helps gain strength to prevent future issues. Perhaps the best part of it is the accompanying book which lists several programs you can go through from basic mobility to more strength. Helping with my PTT considerably.
I bought this for my son. He keeps hurting his ankle and I thought maybe it needed strengthening. Having read the reviews, I bought one and he tried it. He’s been working on his ankle and it’s already improving. A really good tool for rehabilitation.
I’ve enjoyed this balance board. It took some time to get the hang of it because it’s SO customizable, but once you figure it out you can work on any part of your foot or ankle.
I have been suffering with achilles tendinitis for years. I just could find a way to strengthen the area enough to heal the issue. I've only had the axisboard for a few weeks and I can already feel the difference. I can't wait to go through all of the movements and bring back ROM and strength to my ankles. This newer version is an excellent tool.
Not my first pair of toe spreaders but I like that I’m able to increase the big toe stretch
