I’ve only been using these little toe spreaders for about a week but I really like them. It was a bit finicky to get them on the first time, but I figured out how to get them on/off more quickly and I’m enjoying the nice light stretching that they provide. Only using them for about 15 minutes at first, but gradually able to increase the time to about 25 minutes within a week.
Happy with the AxisBoard. It is simple but it works well. Light stretching and strength training for the little muscles around the foot and ankle are important but often overlooked or skipped in favor of bigger workouts.
The app and training system are probably more valuable than the physical AxisBoard. The provided guidance and mini 10-day training plans are great to identify which configurations to use in order to get the desired results.

Just what my wife needed. She always wants me to scrape her leg or feet but a butter knife is not the ideal instrument. Having the proper equipment makes a big difference. Having a spit to properly put your hand really helps. She also loves the spray that came with it and the nice carrying case. If your serious about having the proper equipment then I highly recommend the Elcipse Muscle Scraper.

Great mobility exercise tool to have in the living room. Very well built and it helps me work on muscles I didn't know I had.
I am very pleased with the product. I am a 5'8" active woman that figure skates at 160 pounds with a hip replacement on one side and repaired medial meniscus tear on the other with a recent sprained ankle from yard work to boot. I needed something outside of the traditional wobble pad to work on ankle, knee, and hip stability and alignment. I love how there are several positions the rollers can be placed to address multiple issues and conditions, and a booklet to know where to start in strengthening and recovering the problem areas of your foot, ankle, and even knee alignment.
Even my 9 y/o is able to use it to help recover from minor sprains from gymnastics training. I was worried if the size of the wooden platforms would be to big for her, but it works for her well. Now don't think it would work for a 5/6 y/o or younger, but definitely could see a typical 7 year old being able to use it.
This is the REAL DEAL. I had back surgery which left my ankles very weak with a tendency to "roll" & lose my balance easily. I have been b working to regain my strength due to some nerve damage. This has shown just how weak the muscles & tendons are. Starting slowly but can tell a difference already in my strength & balance. With more work, I'm sure this will help me regain full use.!!
I love this tool to help me continue to rehab an ankle sprain. I keep the Sidekick next to my couch so that anytime I walk by I can take a moment and stretch my ankles. I do a couple stretches throughout the day and I’ve already noticed an improvement in my ankle mobility. I just love that it’s low profile enough to where I can leave it out and it reminds me to take a moment to do some stretches.
I've been dealing with Insertional Achilles Tendonapthy for 18 months now. I have tried everything from resting it to various exercises I have seen on the internet. The problem with most exercises I have run across is that they treat a different issue than insertional which I only recently determined was my actual problem. You have to be careful going into dorsiflexion.

This is a very helpful tool with nice videos. The only downside is on the mobility videos, it does not tell you how long the exercises need to be.

The only product I have felt and seen progress from! After rolling my ankle I lost a ton of mobility and struggle from constant pain. The axis board is showing true improvement in flexibility and strength. Happy I found this and hope you do too.

Love the balance and security of the ladder pod. The booklet is helpful. They are very quick to respond to your questions. Waiting on a replacement booklet but they sent me a file until the booklets come in again.
