Transform your home into a private gym

Add a new level to your training and physical therapy. Easy to use and endlessly versatile, our anchor sits on the side of your door, allowing you to perform stretches and strength exercises with your resistance bands from the comfort of your own home! Use it toward the top of the door to target your neck and shoulders, or move it closer to the floor to work your hips, legs and knees.

Customers praised this anchor for being "well-made, dependable and easy to use with most doors." Most found it works great and offers excellent quality. One customer noted it feels "weird" with material that "doesn't feel right," though it functions. Ideal for resistance band exercises.
