2. Seated and standing control

    During early rehab, we suggest using the AxisBoard daily or every-other-day. As you progress, integrating the board into 1–3 warm-up exercises once or twice a week maintains the strength and mobility gains you've built. All it takes is a few minutes a day.

  • When will I start feeling results?

    Most people start feeling meaningful improvements within 2–4 weeks of consistent use. Everyone's recovery timeline is different, but the protocol is designed to build load tolerance progressively so results compound over time.

  • What if I feel pain while using the board?

    Stop immediately. Pain is a signal to back off. Try an easier configuration or return to mobility exercises first. If pain persists, consult a healthcare professional before continuing.

  • Do I need any experience with rehab equipment?

    No. The protocol starts with seated control — the simplest possible position — and only advances when you feel stable. The Sidekick App has daily exercises tailored to your injury and current level, so you're never guessing what to do next.

  • How is this different from standard calf raises or stretching?

    With calf raises, you risk aggravating the tendon. The AxisBoard safely loads the tendon, allowing you to adjust the board to meet you where you're at.
