Bulletproof your feet and ankles against falls

Just 3 minutes a day.

Original Price:   Current Price: £82 GBP

Balance is the system that catches you when you trip, and it declines faster than any other physical system after 40. That's why falls are the #1 cause of injury death in adults over 65. AxisBoard rebuilds the foot and ankle strength that keeps you upright in just 3 minutes a day, the same training PTs use to keep older patients independent.

✓ PT-designed. Used in clinics with patients 60-80+

✓ Start supported (wall or chair). Progressive difficulty — no jumping in the deep end

✓ Builds the foot, ankle, and stabilizer strength that walking, yoga, and pilates miss

STIFF FEET ARE THE WARNING

Weak balance is the #1 reason adults over 65 fall

Try this right now: stand on one leg for 10 seconds About 1 in 5 adults over 50 can't.

If you couldn't your balance is declining, and your fall risk is rising with it.

The good news: balance is the most trainable system you have. AxisBoard rebuilds it in 10 minutes a day. Your fall risk drops with it.

what's at stake

43,020

Older Americans killed by falls in 2024. (CDC)

It's not aging that ends your independence. It's one fall. And falls are preventable.

How AxisBoard wakes up your feet

Every micro-correction fires the 20+ intrinsic muscles your balance depends on.

Stand on the AxisBoard and the split-board design forces hundreds of micro-corrections every second.

The 20+ intrinsic muscles in your feet, dormant from years of flat floors and supportive shoes, fire back to life. That's how strength rebuilds, and balance returns with it.

Why AxisBoard beats walking, yoga, and pilates.

They train different systems. None train the one that prevents falls — reactive balance and ankle strength.

Questions? We got you.

  • I'm 70. Is this safe for me?

Yes. AxisBoard was designed with older users in mind. The first stage of the program is done sitting down, so you build foot and ankle strength with zero fall risk. When you progress to standing, you do it with support (a wall, chair, or kitchen counter), and only move to unsupported balance work when you're ready. The board itself sits low to the ground with a wide base, so the worst case is stepping off, not falling from height. Thousands of our customers are in their 60s, 70s, and 80s.

  • I'm not coordinated enough. What if I fall using it?

That's exactly who AxisBoard is built for. The first stage of the program is done sitting down, so you're loading your feet and ankles with zero fall risk while your body learns the movement. From there, you progress to standing with support (a wall, chair, or counter), and only move to unsupported balance work when you're ready. Coordination is something you build through the program, not something you need before starting.

  • How is this different from yoga or pilates?

Yoga and Pilates train flexibility, core strength, and controlled movement on stable ground. They don't train your feet, ankles, and stabilizer muscles to react when the ground shifts under you, which is what actually happens in a real fall (a curb, a rug, a wet floor). AxisBoard puts your body in a controlled unstable position so those reactive systems get stronger. It's a complement to yoga and Pilates, not a replacement.

  • Can I use it after a hip or knee replacement?

In most cases yes, but check with your surgeon or PT first. AxisBoard is commonly used in post-surgical rehab to rebuild strength and stability around the new joint. Timing matters though. Most patients are cleared for balance work somewhere between 6 and 12 weeks post-op, depending on the procedure and how recovery is going.

  • How often should I use it?

3 minutes a day is enough. The program is built around short, consistent sessions because that's what actually works for building strength and balance over time. You can do more if you want, but you don't need to. Most people fit it into their morning routine while the coffee is brewing.

  • How long until I see results?

Most people feel steadier within the first few sessions. Measurable strength gains in the feet, ankles, and stabilizers typically show up around the 2 to 3 week mark with 3 minutes a day. Consistency matters more than intensity.

  • Can I use it on hard floors or carpet?

Both work. Hard floors (wood, tile, vinyl) give you the cleanest feedback and are what we recommend. Low-pile carpet works fine too. Avoid thick or plush carpet, since it absorbs the movement and reduces the training effect.

  • What shoe sizes does the AxisBoard work for?

Any size. The board fits feet from US 5 through US 14+. We recommend using it barefoot or in grippy socks for the best feedback and stability. Avoid using it in regular shoes since the cushioning interferes with what your feet are learning.

  • Is it HSA/FSA eligible?

Yes. AxisBoard qualifies as an eligible medical expense under most HSA and FSA plans because it's used for fall prevention and rehabilitation. At checkout, you can pay with your HSA/FSA card directly, or pay with a regular card and submit the receipt for reimbursement.

  • What if it doesn't work for me?

You have 60 days to try it. If you're not steadier on your feet, send it back for a full refund, no questions asked. We cover the return shipping. We'd rather you return it than keep something that isn't helping you
