I love the design upgrades for the AxisBoard Pro! The added variability in balance drills opens up a whole new world, and I love the love the texture of the board. I feel like it really activates my feet. My favorite part by far is NO MORE VELCRO!! That got old quick

Helpful Recovery Tool for PTTD

I was recently diagnosed with Posterior Tibial Tendon Dysfunction a week and a half out from a race. I purchased the AxisBoard Pro based on a recommendation to strengthen muscles in my midfoot, ankle and arch. The exercises are quick and simple and the accompanying guide offers QR codes to video instructions. I can see myself using the Axis Board beyond rehabbing from my injury as a way to generally strengthen my feet as a long-distance runner.
