How to use

Injury-Focused Program

Start your recovery with a clear, step-by-step plan:

  1. Find your injury in the Injuries section.
  2. Follow the recommended drills.
  3. Progress through each stage gradually and safely.

General Strength & Stability

Build a stronger, more stable base — injured or not:

  1. Choose exercises from the Strength section.
  2. Focus on movements that feel weak or challenging.
  3. Keep progressing with new variations as you get more comfortable.

Excellent quality. Fast delivery. Just what I was looking for to rehab an aging hip and weak glute.

Great addition to my home gym

Loving the new addition to my home gym. The Ladder pod is solid, stable, adjustable "box".

Pros:
Fairly easy to assemble. Only 5 pieces in total that was not too hard to align and build by myself. The asymmetrical oversized wingnut/screw helped to get enough torque to ensure that the ladderpod was properly assembled for the stability.
Easily adjustable for height. Only need one box for step ups, pistol squats, etc and can quickly switch between exercise. No longer need multiple sized boxes, or get slowed down adjusting the boxes already on the market.

Cons:
Colour - I don't care for the orange, so I bought black grip tape to cover the orange poles.
Mobility - Would like to have wheels to move into position a bit easier. I have tile on my floor so it slides ok, but if you have gym flooring or carpet in your house it will be more cumbersome.
WingNut- the asymmetrical oversized wingnut/screw was helpful to assemble the ladderpod, but does not line up and can be a hazard for people walking by/near the ladderpod, beware of potential for broken toes.

Potential for improvements/upgrades:
I am tallish at 5'10, and it is too short to use a stretching platform as is demonstrated in videos and the instructional book. Taller increments would be beneficial for taller patients/customers.
Addition for Band Attachments would make this more versatile. The edges are fairly smooth, but worry about the increased friction that would fray and pop resistance or therabands sooner than later.

If you have the space, want the versatility, want the space saving design, or have a need for a more rehab focused box, I definitely recommend adding this to your home gym, or rehab facility.
