• Check the product. All products purchased after February 2018 are provide an authorization code in the product.

If you did not receive a code with your product, please email us your order number and purchasing email, and we will resend it to you.

Purchased from a Sidekick reseller

• Check the product. All products purchased after February 2018 are provided an authorization code in the product.

If you did not receive a code with your product, please email us with the following details:

• Reseller name (where you bought it from)
• Order number
• Email used for your purchase

We will verify the information and send you your authorization code within 1 business day.
