These bands have so many different exercises that can be performed for strengthening muscles that support keeping joints in line.

These bands are great for my glute day. They are sturdy and very well made. I’m happy I bought them.

Cannot get ahold of sidekicktools to address lack of delivery;
Fed ex cannot help without a tracking number;
I do not have tracking number because I cannot get ahold of them.
