Our Plantar Fasciitis Treatment Framework

There are 4 phases in our physical therapy framework to treat plantar fasciitis and keep it away for good.

If you miss one of these, there’s a good chance your plantar fasciitis will come back.

Phase 1

You will learn how to reduce your pain from its current intensity so you can start doing more movement again without your pain spiking.

Phase 2

Learn how to stretch your foot and calf effectively. Studies show regular stretching of the plantar fascia assists in pain relief and improving function.

Phase 3

Once your pain is reduced, it is time to build back your strength. Developing foot and calf strength is essential to maintain relief long-term.

Phase 4

Learn the best practices on gradually returning to your sport. Use these recommendations over time to get back to what you love doing.
