Help give a good stretch through the feet. Toes feel looser and more mobile after use

I didnt realize I needed or wanted this until I tried it.

Love the toe separaters. After I do my exercises I use the spreaders and my feet feel so much better.

I have never heard of toe spreaders before, but since they were free I thought why not. I have used them everyday since I received them. They really help stretch my foot muscles after long runs or on rest days. I run 50 miles a week and these are definitely in my everyday recovery toolbelt!
